Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery only applicable within Malaysia and Singapore.
Delivery will be within 2 – 5 working days except Public Holiday.
Upon delivery of product you are required to acknowledge your delivery to ensure products received are in the good conditions.
Delivery order tracking number will be automatically send via Email, Facebook or SMS. To trace order status shall refer to courier service website.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Any defect product/good received, you may inform Timmi & Timray Baby Shop (TTBS) within (3) three working days from receiving date for us to precede further investigation. TTBS will not accept any appeal above (3) three days from receiving date.
Return must be agreed and authorized by TTBS in written before we proceed further actions.
Upon investigation postage charges will be apply accordingly.
Minimum (5) Five working days is required to proceed for refund and return.

Only manufacturing defective item can be return & refund.
